Junk Mail Filter

Computers, not humans, send most junk mail. The way our junk mail filter works is very simple:

Whenever someone (anyone) sends you an E-mail, our server will AUTOMATICALLY send a reply with the following message:

You have received this E-mail back from me because of a filter that blocks unwanted E-mail.

If you haven't E-mailed me in the past (and you think that there is a good reason for me to want to receive your E-mails), you must first send me an E-mail with the word "wordone" on the subject line, otherwise your E-mails will be rejected.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Send me a new E-mail with the word "wordone" (don't include the quotes) on the subject line.

2. You can now forward or re-send me the first E-mail that you tried to send me before.

You will never have to do this again, just this once.

I apologize for any inconvenience but given the amount of unsolicited E-mail that I used to receive I have had no choice but to take this measure.

Thank you for understanding.

If the sender is someone that is truly interested on sending you E-mails, they will send you an E-mail with the word "wordone" on the subject line. Spammers will NOT take the time to do this (as a matter of fact, given that most spammers are "automated" they wouldn't even understand it). No spammer ever reads any replys, therefore they will not send you an E-mail with the word "wordone" on it and consequently you will never receive junk mail from those people again).

You don't need to worry about people not being able to E-mail you, they will get the message above (and if they really mean to get a hold of you) they will send you the "wordone" message.

Once they've done that, they will be AUTOMATICALLY added to your "trusted list" of people from whom it's ok to receive E-mail without restrictions. If any "unwanted" sender adds themselves by sending you an E-mail with the word "wordone" on the subject line, (not that too many people will do this) E-mail them right back and tell them they they have added themselves to your trusted list without your permission and that they should REMOVE your E-mail address from their computer.

Virus Filter

Whenever someone (anyone) sends you an E-mail, our server will automatically scan it for any possible virus. If an infected message is found it will be deleted on the spot.

The same applies to outgoing mail. If you were trying to send an E-mail to someone and it contained a virus, the same process will take place.
