Outport Chatter
Welcome to Outport Chatter at Newfoundland Outport. We have provided
this page as a "place" where Newfoundlanders (where ever they may be) can
enjoy a good gab with fellow Newfoundlanders. When Cathy was growing up
in St. Fintan's, it was a common thing to see next door neighbours chatting
"over the fence" - her Mom (Jose) and neighbour (Florence) still do. I
had similar experiences in Corner Brook, and I'm sure that "chatting over
the fence" is still a favourite Newfoundland pastime. So, why not join
